Restaurant and Frequently Asked Questions
History: The Phoenix House and Well was
proudly opened in December of 2003 providing the Sunday River area
with the best in dining, libations and entertainment. The Phoenix
House is the concerted effort of managing partners Phil Everett, Skip Bennett and Les Otten.

Company CEO and chairman, and Boston Red Sox Vice Chairman,
Les Otten’s house.
The location offers itself to dynamic mountain views of 5
mountain peaks.
A blazing 15 foot tall outdoor fireplace was completed in the
summer of 2006 and provides an area that offers a warm, one of a

With the panoramic mountain views, refined
