florists, entertainers, DJs, limousine services, and lodging. Often
times we have special deals, and as a result we are able to pass

What are your menu offerings?
Please consult our catering representative at 207.824.2222 to
discuss menu options. Our chef is available for help in customizing
your specific menu needs.
What is your payment policy?
To confirm any date a deposit is required. Deposits are
non-refundable. All deposits are applied to your final invoice. Full
payment is required on all catered events 14 days prior to the
event.
What taxes and tips are we billed for?
All banquet prices are subject to a 7% Maine meal & beverage tax
and a 20% house fee. The house fee does not represent a tip or
service charge for the wait staff, employees, service employees, or
service bartenders. It may, however be used, in whole or in part, to
remunerate employees involved in the preparation of food & beverage
events.

How do I purchase a Gift Card?
Phoenix House Gift Certificates can be purchased on-line or by
calling 207.824.2222. Gift certificates can be used for dining, and
merchandise shopping, and make the perfect gifts for any occasion.
Can I purchase a Gift Card and
have it sent to someone other than myself?
Yes. The online order form allows you send cards to different
recipients.

The Phoenix House and Well has over 10,000 sq ft of
state-of-the-art meeting space.

Dining Questions
What is available for Children’s Dining?
Children’s menus, coloring crayons, high chairs and booster
seats are available in our dining rooms. There is also a game room
onsite with the latest in video games and pool tables.
Does the restaurant
accommodate special dietary needs?
Special dietary needs, including Kosher, Vegetarian and
medically restricted diets can be accommodated. We request at least
24 hours notice in advance.

Can I Have My Wedding Ceremony on
the Grounds?
Yes. The Phoenix House and Well offers a panoramic mountain
location for your wedding ceremony.
What is your payment policy?

deposit schedule includes:
An initial deposit taken at the time of booking
Six month deposit
Six week deposit
Final payment is due 14 days prior to the date of the event.

tables and chairs?
We do provide china, silver, tables and chairs as part of your
wedding package. Specialty wedding linen and chair cover rentals can
be arranged for an additional charge.
Can I bring in outside chair and
table rentals?
Catered parties that bring in chairs and tables from outside
vendors that require the removal of Phoenix House and Well furniture
will be charged a labor fee.
